The Whole Man Project is a multifaceted mentorship and pre-apprenticeship program that teaches life skills and vital trade skills that prepares low-income and disadvantaged adults for careers in construction to compete for high-demand, high-wage apprenticeships. Participants will be given exposure to many different trades within the construction industry such as electrician, plumber, HVAC, laborer, and more. The mentorship program will also provide career-entry advice with emphasis on attitudes that lead to becoming a productive member of a construction worksite and their local community.
